It was enchanting to meet you.

'Shifting eyes and vancancy vanished when I saw your face
All I can say is it was enchanting to meet you'

'The playful conversation starts
Counter all your quick remarks like passing notes in secrecy'

'The lingering question kept me up
2am, who do you love?
I wonder till I'm wide awake'

'This night is sparkling, don't you let it go
I'm wonderstruck, blushing all the way home
I'll spend forever wondering if you knew
This night is flawless, don't you let it go'

'I'm wonderstruck, dancing around all alone
I'll spend forever wondering if you knew
I was enchanted to meet you'

'Please don't be in love with someone else
Please don't have somebody waiting on you'

Lost!

LOST.:
[lawst, lost] –adjective.
1. distracted; distraught; desperate; hopeless,
2. having gone astray or missed the way; bewildered as to place, direction
3. an american tv series following the lives of various individuals and groups of people, most importantly the survivors of the crash of a passenger jet flying from good ol Sydney to Los Angelos of the US of A.

I'm focusing on number three.
The survival of these people is threatened by the presence of mysterious entities. This including including polar bears, unseen creatures, and the ever delightful boars and weird French woman.

The cast is portrayed wonderfully, filling the show with many vibrant and memorable characters, starting with sweet, innocent, and very noticeably pregnant Claire, to the mysterious and punch-worthy Sawyer, to the beautiful and protective Boone, and protagonists of story, powerful leader Jack, and his leading lady (I hope) the rebellious and stunning Kate. Lets not forget the other characters, however. Hurley, the big, burley 'dude' of comedic relief; Sayid, from Iraq who is a wiz at technical things; the Asian couple with a past, the angry husband, the English speaking wife; Charlie, the heroin addict, ex musician, current holder of my heart; Michael and his young son; Shannon, with asthma; and Vincent, the dog and cutest on the show.

Years ago, I watched one episode. Actually, I lied. I watched about five minutes of one episode, and decided, 'self, this is way too dumb. No way will I ever watch this.' Then suddenly, weeks ago, I decided to be friends with some really hard-core Lost fans.

Leading up to my mistake, my pleasure, my great and elusive addiction:
I am now a fan of Lost.

Christmas, christmas!

No more blog challenge. I fail! Well, i'll finish it one day. Just not in 30 consecutive days. Right now I just want to blog about other things.
Like how its a new year!!! Yayyy! 2011, baby, bring it on! Christmas was the BEST. Its so different now that I'm older, I thought it wouldn't hold the same magic as it used to, but I was wrong. It holds more. I am able to appreciate Christmas, for what it really is. To celebrate the birth of our King, our Savior, our Redeemer. To spend time and appreciate my family and kin-folk. To enjoy the raw beauty that lies within my home, my family.
Here is an update of my Christmas in pics!:

Day 14 – Picture of someone you could never imagine your life without

Yep, my little sister. Although she can be the worlds biggest pain...she is also the sweeeeetest little lady you'll ever meet.

Look how beautiful she is!! And I'm not just saying that because she's my sister. She is just drop dead gorgeous.

She's going to break some hearts one day.

She's so smart and friendly.

We get along well...we're kind of crazy!

I love spending time with her!!! She absolutely makes my days.

I love her and her crazyness, and have loved seeing her grow up and learn.

Day 13 – A picture of something you hate

This was really hard for me for some reason. I don't hate many things. But I don't like these bad boys:

Yuck.

And these:

Woooorms!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ew. This one is sort of cute and cartoony, I didn't dare use a real picture. Ahh.

And...

People who text 24/7. As in, we're hanging out and they're glued to their phone. Or texting while watching a movie. I caaaaan't stand it!

Yep thats about it for things I hate.

Day 12 – A picture of something you love

A picture of something I love...well other than the obvious family faith friends and food...
I love my dogs:)
This is my baby!! Her name is Nala and she is beeeautiful!

This is her when she was younger..

This is me and Canelo...now he is a nut. But I love him!

This is both of them. I just adore them, they are so happy and cheerful and seriously, mans best friend. Nala is turning 15...which is 76 in dog years!!! And Canelo is middle age, he's 32 aka 4 years old and still a puppy:) He takes care of Nala, and she is very motherly towards him. They are adorable.

Day 11 – Your celebrity crush

Sir Viggo Mortensen, aka ARAGORN

Sir Leonardo DiCaprio aka JACK

Sir. Ryan Reynolds

Sir Matthew Morrison, aka Mr. Shu

Sir James Lafferty, aka NATHAN

Sir James Marsden.

Enjoy this eye candy. These men make my heart melt.

P.S. I did not include Channing Tatum. Because HE DOES NOT MAKE THE CUTE. Definitely not crush worthy....Katie, he's ALL YOURS:)

Day 10- A Picture of someone you see yourself married to

No big deal, this is my boyfriend. His name is Beautiful, he's charming, sweet, nice, honest, humble. He plays the guitar and sings for me every week. And his dream is to get sealed in the Logan Temple. Okay okay, so he's not my boyfriend. I don't even know him, but he is super good looking. And hey, a girl can dream, can't I? :)
Okay really. Here is the true picture of someone I want to be married to:

No, I don't know them. I figured it would be awkward to put a picture of someone I really know, so these two missionaries were found on the good ol google and I do not know them. Although if some of you readers do...well..thats awkward.
Anyway, I don't know who I will marry. And I know there isn't just one out there for me, there are many. The question is: who is he and when is he coming into my life. Maybe he's already in my life! Maybe I just met him! Maybe he's on a mission! Ah I don't know. But I do know this: I want to be married in the Temple. :)

Day 09 – A picture of the person who has gotten you through the most

Oh my. These are all so hard! But for this one, I will have to say Mr. Ryan Lambert,
AKA Elder Lambert.

I can't even begin to explain how much this young man has gotten me through. He's been there for everything!

Ever since our friendship in the 7th grade, he has been there.

From all of those petty middle school heart breaks,

rantings about being in love during high school,

stressful assignments that threatened to ruin my life,

just plain providing me with entertainment at any moment,

taking me by the hand through the good and the bad,

being a missionary when I most needed it,

the break downs of the stress involving college and big life choices,

and providing exactly what I needed, being my best friend throughout the toughest times of my life. He's a constant in my life.
He's my brother, he's my friend. And....he's on a mission! I love Ryan, and I know he will bless many more people in his life.
